Responsibilities
- Maintain and set up computer systems (30 computers, laptops, iPod etc.)
- Maintain and set up servers with security level (2 servers)
- Maintain and set up network (LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN)
- Maintain and set up BlackBoxMail server (25 mail ids)
- Maintain and set up CCTV cameras (54 cameras and 3 DVR)
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot/query PPMS software and manage PPMS entries; follow up with programmer
- Develop small applications/software
- Maintain and set up EPBX CNC and SPM machine program backup
- Maintain and set up marking machine and its software
- Maintain and set up PLC base machine software
- Maintain attendance machine
- Design boxes and other coral/Photoshop designs; coordinate with box supplier and purchases
- Design new marking as per customer request
- Solve internet related issues
- Arrange product CD catalogue
- Purchase any IT-related items
- Coordinate with excise if any pending issues
