Role details
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from brief to delivery while supporting larger campaign executions.
- Maintain project plans, schedules and key documentation, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Coordinate UK and European installation projects, including resource planning, scheduling and logistics management.
- Support on-site project delivery and provide project updates, reports and completion documentation.
- Prepare RAMS, coordinate permits and equipment requirements, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Support KPI reporting, project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Junior Project Manager or similar.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience within marketing, events, retail, experiential, production or installation projects would be advantageous.
