Description
Remote Customer Support (Arabic) Specialist. Provide professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers via email, chat, or phone (and English if required). Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues through troubleshooting, document interactions in CRM/support systems, track and follow up on open cases, ensure quality and service standards, escalate complex cases, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on product changes, policies, and procedures. Requires fluency in Arabic (written/spoken) and good English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy and patience, ability to work independently remotely, basic computer skills, problem-solving and attention to detail. Technical requirements include reliable high-speed internet, a personal computer/laptop with an updated OS, a quiet professional workspace, and familiarity with email/chat and CRM systems (preferred).
