Description
Kinxshn builds AI agents that run real operations for commercial real estate (leases, contractors, invoicing, accounting). The team is live in production across several European jurisdictions with real customers and real money. They need a Forward Deployed Engineer to own a client-facing use case end to end: a backend engineer who is also the face of the team to the customer. Responsibilities include talking to clients directly and often to pull requirements from messy conversations, explaining tradeoffs, and owning the client relationship; turning jurisdiction-specific lease rules, tax and accounting mappings, and client-specific workflows into tools our agents call; shipping to production in the first month and keeping the system alive. Requirements: self-driven ownership with freedom and support; excellent English and real customer-facing experience with weekly client calls; serious backend experience shipping and operating production systems, able to work as the only engineer; LLM agents in production or ability to ramp fast (tool calling, evals, knowing when deterministic tools beat model calls). Bonus not required: containers and CI/CD, RBAC and auditing, LangChain/LangGraph, operator or consulting background. Location requirement: for this role they need you in Europe.
