Role details
Responsibilities
- Help grow awareness of Me+ through engaging social media, creative marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Occasionally support projects across Bliss
- Create engaging content and coordinate creator collaborations
- Support product launches, competitions and marketing campaigns
- Create, plan and schedule engaging social media content
- Coordinate creative marketing campaigns and bring ideas to life
- Build relationships with creators and influencers; coordinate product gifting and user-generated content
- Organise competitions, product sampling and promotional activity
- Identify opportunities for brand collaborations and partnerships
- Monitor campaign performance, share insights and recommend improvements
- Research consumer trends, competitors and emerging marketing opportunities
- Contribute creative ideas to grow brand awareness, engagement and product trial
- Support wider marketing projects and new product launches

- Comfortable creating social content and coordinating a marketing campaign

- Experience creating engaging content across social media platforms

- Experience using Canva, CapCut and social media platforms
- Interest in AI and emerging marketing tools to improve creativity and efficiency

We're a small, growing FMCG business with ambitious plans across retail, licensing and brand growth. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Freelance Social Media & Marketing Executive to become an extension of our team. Your focus is growing brand awareness, engaging our community, and turning marketing ideas into reality. The Role Primary focus: helping grow awareness of Me+ through engaging social media, creative marketing campaigns and brand activations, while occasionally supporting projects across Bliss. Working with the Brand & Creative Lead and Director to create engaging content, coordinate creator collaborations, support product launches, competitions and marketing campaigns.
