Prenosis is an early stage molecular diagnostics company specializing in infectious disease and critical care. The basic premise is utilizing the combination of electronic medical record (EMR) data with novel biomarker measurements to make predictions of clinically relevant outcomes. These predictions are then used to ultimately guide treatment decisions. We're currently hiring a backend or full-stack software engineer, ideally with machine learning/data science familiarity or experience. At a high level, you will work to facilitate the growth of our proprietary NOSIS dataset and to build and deploy machine learning algorithms into real world products integrated into hospital systems. You will be working with a diverse group of people including assay scientists, statisticians, clinicians, and quality/regulatory specialists.
