This isn’t just another tech role—you'll be a founding member of our local innovation studio, with the autonomy to shape our direction and the backing of a global financial leader. We have two open positions: 1) AI Product Engineer: You will architect and prototype AI solutions that could reshape our industry. You will work directly with subject-matter experts, analysts, and other engineers to identify opportunities and bring solutions to life. 2) Innovation Researcher: You're part strategist, part investigator, and part future-thinker. Using service design and design thinking methods, you'll identify unexplored opportunities in financial services. You'll build business cases that balance innovation with viability, supported by deep market analysis and financial modeling.
