Responsibilities
- Develop and ensure fulfillment of the creative pipeline based on company SOPs
- Translate performance goals and audience insights into clear, testable creative direction that drives measurable growth
- Own creative strategy from ideation through execution and analysis (winning beliefs, angles, archetypes)
- Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap (angles, archetypes, formats)
- Ensure creative assets are organized, tracked, and optimized over time
- Create creative requests, manage status inside the Creative Pipeline, and coordinate with Edit Crew
- Maintain dossiers, IDs, folders, and creative trackers so nothing is lost or duplicated
- Deliver creative insights for internal optimization notes and client-facing reports
- Analyze performance using Atria/Cometly reports for concept-level learnings (by angle & archetype)
- Sync with Media Buyers and Project Managers on priorities, timelines, and issues
- Apply Mindset Marketing Playbook to every new brief (relatability, beliefs, objections)
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or content strategy within an agency or fast-growth marketing environment
- Worked closely with media buyers, performance teams, or paid social campaigns; understands how creative impacts CPA, CTR, and scale (you don't need to run ads)
- Understand core performance marketing concepts like funnels, angles, hooks, testing frameworks, and creative iteration
- Translate data and insights into clear creative direction, briefs, and test plans editors and media buyers can execute
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; experience managing creative pipelines, asset tracking, and documentation
- Comfortable working inside tools like Monday, Google Sheets, and Drive
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, analysis, and documentation while maintaining strong strategic judgment and creative quality

Position Summary: The Creative Strategist is responsible for developing and ensuring fulfillment of the creative pipeline based on company SOPs. The role translates performance goals and audience insights into clear, testable creative direction that drives measurable growth. Owns creative strategy from ideation through execution and analysis: defining winning beliefs, angles, and archetypes; building and maintaining a structured testing roadmap; and ensuring creative assets are organized, tracked, and optimized over time.
