Description

Sales software platform (CRM, Prospecting Service) for independent businesses in the construction supply industry. Our customers are blue-collar, entrepreneurial teams who have been underserved by technology. We provide them the tools to compete head-to-head with larger rivals (Home Depot, Lowe’s). Our founding team comes from Uber and the construction industry. We blend modern tech with a strong understanding of customer needs. We have grown quickly and profitably. We just raised our seed round of financing to accelerate growth and further develop our product. This role is a key hire with a path to VP engineering. You will collaborate directly with founders to build and grow our engineering org: -Shape the long-term product vision and roadmap -Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team -Roll up your sleeves to code, architect, and deploy core platform features. We’re looking for a full stack engineer with experience managing complex data pipelines and infrastructure. Preference for experience in early companies taking products from early stage to scale.
