- Own core platform development (improvements, integrations, reliability)
- Ship work end to end
- Take ambiguous problems, scope them, and ship without needing them broken down first
- Work with engineering lead who sets architecture and reviews work, while you run with autonomy
- Use AI tooling to amplify judgment and support development
Requirements

The company is hiring one senior engineer to own core platform development (improvements, integrations, reliability) and ship end to end with autonomy. The role is builder-style (no reports, real ownership). The team is AI-forward and expects use of AI tooling heavily to amplify judgment. Stack: Python, Django, React, on AWS and GCP.
