Description
Electric Twin builds science-based synthetic populations — LLM-driven AI agents that simulate human behaviour, so companies and governments can test ideas and explore uncertainty before they commit. We've just entered a major growth phase: new funding, a growing customer base, and a platform still taking shape. We’re hiring across engineering and science: Research Engineer (Science Team) — Pioneer the application of LLMs to model human behaviour: design cognitive and LLM-based architectures, figure out how to evaluate agent behaviour in ambiguous scenarios, and build experimental methods to validate simulations. MS/PhD or equivalent practical experience; strong Python and ML frameworks; rigorous scientific mindset. Product Engineer (Engineering Team) — Own problems end-to-end where behaviour, prediction, and UX meet. React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, SQL, GCP. Your choice of Claude, Cursor, or Codex. Multiple roles across all levels. Small, senior team. Benefits include pension matching (4–8%), £1,000 annual L&D budget, Cycle to Work, and the kit you need.
