Description
Hundreds of millions of people use Indeed to find jobs. We crawl job listings from all over the Internet, and some employers post jobs directly on Indeed. You can check out some stories from job seekers here! I am part of Indeed Incubator, where we prototype experimental features. Multiple times a year, people across the company pitch new ideas, and some of them are approved for development. A majority of features get shut down, but the successes get acquired by other teams at Indeed. Here are some examples: Indeed Hiring Events allow employers to hire in bulk, Virtual Hiring Events allow employers to hire through video interviews. Through Indeed Certifications, job seekers can learn more about certifications to do certain jobs. The “I Got a Job!” site listed above with stories of job seekers. Here is a blog post written by someone at Incubator. Our Sr. Director of Engineering describes Incubator here. We are currently hiring Software Engineers, Product Managers for Austin, Seattle, and Remote (US or Canada). The base salary range for each job is listed in the job posting.
