Our mission is to simplify and enhance the Medicare experience through innovative, AI-driven workflows. Lead & Innovate: Architect and guide our full-stack development initiatives, setting technical direction and best practices. Drive AI Integration: Develop and integrate AI agents that power our customer qualification, call bidding, post-call quality assurance, and team feedback. Leverage AWS: Design and implement scalable solutions using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, Sagemaker, Connect, and more) in an event-based micro-services environment. Advance Cutting-Edge Tech: Experiment with and integrate LLMs, autonomous agents, and intelligent event pipelines to redefine what a Medicare brokerage can achieve. Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers and driving continuous improvement.
