Description
Our Desk App team is focused on providing the best experience for agents who work every day talking to different users. We are interested in creating a complete and modernized user experience while presenting useful suggestions and ideas that help move conversations towards a positive outcome. The Desk team builds a Conversational User Interface (CUI) and creates features in the core of our product, interacting with Machine Learning Engineers to bring the different features developed by the team into production. Our frontend team uses React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
