Role details

  • Design and implement supply chain system solutions using custom built and supply chain/enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, data visualization tools).
  • Lead and manage systems implementation projects from business requirements definition through user acceptance testing and deployment into production.
  • Manage internal and external development programs to implement system solutions aligned with the business plan.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to architect robust data exchange (API/EDI) integrations between Wing’s data systems and external partners.
  • Provide high fidelity business requirements documents and technical specs for development teams.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing supply chain systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver efficient planning solutions in complex, global enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle by designing and implementing supply chain systems (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and customizing it for business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead IT-focused projects within a supply chain setting.
  • Deep understanding of materials management, logistics (forward and reverse), inventory management, procurement, finance principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with experience working in global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and adapt to rapidly changing landscapes.

About the Role: Wing is looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This role is based remotely in the United States. What You’ll Do: Design and implement supply chain system solutions using ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and data visualization tools; lead systems implementation projects from requirements definition through user acceptance testing and deployment; manage internal and external development programs; architect data exchange (API/EDI) integrations between Wing’s data systems and external partners, including manufacturing execution systems, inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and MRP systems; provide business requirements documents and technical specs. What You’ll Need: 8+ years hands-on experience designing and implementing supply chain systems; strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP); hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA and customizing it; demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions and lead IT-focused projects; deep understanding of materials management, logistics (forward and reverse), inventory management, procurement, finance principles; analytical/problem-solving/communication skills; ability to work in global teams and ambiguous environments.
