Responsibilities
- Support product operations and enhancement by optimizing product processes, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement enhancements aligned with business goals, customer needs, successful product adoption, and ongoing optimization
- Use data, feedback, and product context to inform recommendations and decisions
- Provide product support for new and existing clients by troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects with internal and external stakeholders
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in healthcare
- Adept at creating clear process and product documentation and supporting analytics product development
- Knowledgeable in EHR, pharmacy, and PBM workflows that help patients access prescribed therapies from benefit verification and prior authorization through dispensing and adherence support
- Familiar with pharmacy benefit management and EHR interoperability technologies, including clinical data exchange standards such as NCPDP – eRx, ePA, and Formulary, HL7, FHIR, and Direct Messaging
- Familiarity with transactions supporting medication access, adherence, and value-based care
- Bias for action, quick learner, and comfortable failing fast and pivoting
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity around strategy, direction, team, roles, and other elements that will change as the work evolves
- Solid EQ for collaborating with multiple parts of the business and functioning well with a variety of people
- Data and research driven approach to decisions and recommendations
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint

Description
Evio is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Product Analyst to contribute to the ongoing success of Evio’s Digital Health team as they develop and deploy new digital solutions that help create better medication experiences and improve affordability for patients, providers, and health plan clients. The Product Analyst will work across Evio’s flagship products: Evio Connect, Evio Insights, Evio Engage, and Evio Compass. Responsibilities include supporting product operations and enhancement, providing product support for new and existing clients, assisting new product launches and activation activities (e.g., user onboarding, enrollment), managing projects and milestones using project management tools and techniques, and partnering with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and align on goals, next steps, and timelines. The role also involves defining and documenting product requirements throughout the product lifecycle and maintaining comprehensive product documentation such as job aids, workflow documents, data specifications, and standard operating procedures.
