Description
CitizenLab is a global social impact scale-up with presence in Brussels and New York. We make public decision-making more participatory, inclusive, and responsive. Our open-source SaaS platform is being used by 300+ local governments and organizations in over 18 countries, facilitating two-way communication between governments and their residents. Our 25 person - and quickly growing - product/development team is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails engineer that has successfully scaled a modular rails API beyond a single team, preparing the codebase for the next growth horizon. The position is part of our Platform squad, working horizontally across the functional squads to provide future-proof technical foundations.
