- Top engineer; master of several skills with strong algorithmic ability and logical problem solving in any programming language
- Comfortable learning new skills on the fly

Description
Fractile is building chips and systems to speed up frontier AI outputs at thousands of tokens per second while handling complexity and capacity challenges for large models with very long contexts. Role: Software Engineer will be a core part of the technical team working alongside hardware, software, and research teams to solve cutting-edge problems in AI hardware, ranging from verification to simulation. About you: exceptional ability with pivotal IC contributions in big tech or hedge funds, competitive hackathons or International Olympiad medals, strong algorithmic skills and logical problem solving, comfortable learning new skills on the fly, and likes to work in Python and C++.
