Description
Karat provides technical assessments for candidates applying to software engineering roles at top tech companies. We work with subject matter experts to develop questions in a specific area and then use psychometric principles to ensure that our questions work to be fair, predictive and enjoyable. We provide clear documentation and peer support as a part of our SME ecosystem. The pay is competitive. The questions you write with us will be asked to thousands of candidates applying for leading tech companies. We're looking for subject matter experts in various domains. Basic requirements include excellent technical writing skill in English and at least 4 years experience in the subject matter area.
