OpenRoad TMS is a highly autonomous software project/team within GPTransco (rapidly-growing US-based logistics company) striving to create the best "full-stack" transport management system, from truck and trailer management to billing and payroll. Our work improves the daily lives of professional truck drivers, dispatchers, and everyone else working in logistics. It is exciting to work in a largely un-disrupted industry where you can still make a change just by throwing code at it, and where creativity and outside-the-box-thinking are highly appreciated. The OpenRoad TMS team enjoys no-fuss decision making, Friday hackathons and other goodies of a startup, while at the same time having all the benefits of working at a stable and established company. We follow best practices (TDD, code reviews, etc) and deeply care about code quality. We are looking for Mid/Senior Software Engineer (full-stack, frontend or backend). You would be working with Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, StimulusJS, AWS and plethora of other tech.
