Role details
Responsibilities
- Build core product features, improve platform stability and performance, and help shape technical direction.
- Test retailer workflows across inventory, pricing, buylist, ecommerce, and POS tools.
- Reproduce issues, write clear bug reports, run regression checks, and work closely with product, engineering, and support.
- Run product demos, follow up with interested stores, research good-fit retailers, and help build outbound campaigns and messaging.
- Help stores use Storepass successfully through email, chat, and phone support.
- Troubleshoot product issues, document customer feedback, and work with the product team to improve the experience.
- Design, develop, and maintain key features of the Storepass platform
- Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to define the product roadmap and architecture
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all parts of the platform
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Mentor and guide junior developers as the team grows
- Contribute to strategic decisions around product development, tech stack, and infrastructure
- Assist customers via email, chat, and phone
- Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with the product team to improve user experience
- Test new and updated Storepass features across retailer workflows, including inventory, pricing, buylist, ecommerce, and point-of-sale tools
- Create clear bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots, expected behavior, and customer impact
- Run regression checks before releases and help verify fixes after engineering changes
- Document edge cases and common workflows so the team can ship with more confidence
- Collaborate with support and engineering to investigate customer-reported issues
- Help improve internal QA processes as the product and team grow
- Run Storepass demos for prospective stores and explain how the platform supports their inventory, pricing, ecommerce, and buylist workflows
- Follow up with demo leads, answer questions, and help stores understand next steps
- Research and contact stores that may be a good fit for Storepass
- Maintain organized notes on prospects, conversations, objections, and follow-up tasks
- Help develop outbound campaigns, messaging, and experiments for reaching more game stores
- Share feedback from sales conversations with product, support, and leadership
