Gastrograph AI (Analytical Flavor Systems) is an AI platform for modeling human sensory perception to predict consumer preferences for food & beverage products. Small diverse team (~6 people) across Data, Engineering, Chemistry, and Business. Services include innovation management, cognitive marketing, and deep market insights. Positions open: engineering (full-stack with React, GraphQL, React Native for web and mobile; and streaming/infrastructure engineers to integrate ML pipelines) and data science (building predictive models, understanding sensory science, tasting experiences, production knowledge, collaborative model tear-downs).
