We are building the #1 autonomous, high-endurance tethered unmanned aerial system for first responders. Deployed with the single push of a button, Fotokite Sigma provides situational awareness without requiring any setup, calibration, or piloting. The Generalist Software Engineering team has a broad range of responsibilities, owning the entire stack from top to bottom (Go, Python, C++, Typescript, ...). We work on the product itself as well as our cloud backends and internal tooling. Some examples: - Build the video encoding pipeline for our new camera payload - Implement a fleet telemetry system end-to-end to track performance - Support the GUI team with internal API development - Add features to our internal fleet management tooling. We are looking to find 3 new team members in the next couple of months.
