Role details

  • Identify training gaps holding teams back and design solutions with your leader to fuel growth.
  • Partner with owners, department heads, and employees to assess unique team needs and create a training roadmap.
  • Provide field coaching support virtually 1:1 or in small groups to build foundational skills.
  • Host weekly calls for the region to share best practices and facilitate microlearning experiences.
  • Facilitate and create training programs, traveling when necessary or delivering sessions virtually.
  • Support and work alongside field trainers and leaders in partner organizations to ensure consistency, quality, and impact.
  • Create content to address training needs and knowledge gaps.
  • Track program success using real-time metrics and analytics to continually improve programs.
  • Collect feedback from the field and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with field operations to align training with day-to-day business needs.
  • Ensure field trainers and leaders have the tools and strategies needed to execute flawless training sessions.
  • 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related field with demonstrated success supporting and developing others.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experience delivering engaging, performance-focused training.
  • Ability to build credibility and influence operational leaders through coaching, partnership, and accountability rather than authority.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, brands, stakeholders, and time zones simultaneously.
  • Collaborative ability to work cross-functionally and build strong partnerships across departments.
  • Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems (ADP LMS experience is a plus).
  • Comfort leveraging data and reporting to measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% to support field teams and deliver training across brands.

Description

Position Title: Regional Training Supervisor. Location: Remote. Department: Training & Development. Reports to: VP, Training & Development. 100% Remote with 25% Travel. As the Regional Training Supervisor, you will execute the learning and development strategy for Guild’s rapidly expanding network in the Central and Eastern regions, partnering with companies across the country. Key Responsibilities: - Identify training needs and design a training roadmap with leadership and teams. - Provide field coaching support virtually 1:1 or in small groups. - Host weekly calls to share best practices and facilitate microlearning. - Facilitate and create training programs, traveling to partner companies when necessary or facilitating virtually. - Support field trainers and leaders within partner organizations to ensure consistent, quality, high-impact delivery. - Create content to address training needs and knowledge gaps. - Evaluate program success using data and analytics; collect field feedback and present to senior leadership. - Build relationships with field operations to align training with day-to-day business needs and ensure trainers/leaders have tools and strategies for flawless sessions. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or related field. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles; experience delivering engaging, performance-focused training. - Ability to build credibility and influence operational leaders through coaching and accountability. - Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset. - Highly organized with strong project management; ability to manage multiple priorities, brands, stakeholders, and time zones. - Experience using or learning Learning Management Systems (ADP LMS experience is a plus) and comfort leveraging data and reporting. - Willingness to travel approximately 25%. Preferred: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field. - Certification in training and development (CPTD, ATD preferred). - Experience in skilled trades, field operations, or service-based industry.
