Description
We’re building an AI workforce for property management, automating workflows and processes such as resident communication, leasing, and document processing through email, voice, and integrations (Yardi, Rent Manager, CRMs). NYC-based, venture-backed, growing fast, seeking a backend engineer to build AI products in production with immediate impact. Requires 2+ years of backend/Python experience, ownership mindset, and strong product/user experience instincts. Responsibilities include building products used by thousands of residents, owning core systems, and working directly with the founding team (product + sales). No visa sponsorship at this time.
