Description
My small team of four (five if you count me, I guess) highly competent Linux sysadmins are doing really well in terms of maintaining services beyond what a team our size should be capable of. As business grows, we want to expand our team and pivot more toward a platform-type team to scale better with increased product development speed (i.e. the future holds less application support and monitoring, and more diagnosing interesting performance problems and capacity planning.)
