Role details

  • Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, masonry plaster and office fixtures/equipment installation.
  • Provide facilities services including repairs and maintenance work, plumbing work, ceiling and floor repairs, and small civil work in compliance with facilities cGMP regulations and safety requirements.
  • Perform maintenance/craft work including general maintenance such as building and site repairs, fencing, painting, floor and wall tiling, cleaning footpaths, and rubbish and recycling bin maintenance.
  • Handle general interior and exterior building repair and maintenance tasks such as putting up shelves, changing light bulbs, moving furniture, cleaning lamp shades, and cleaning windows.
  • Carry out routine checks, repairs and maintenance of site equipment and exterior of the building.
  • Driver’s license of PR
  • Preferred: Position Qualifications in a technical field (AD in Technical Field Preferred).
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in facilities and regulated environment
  • Capability to work alone

Description

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides a comprehensive portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDA-regulated industry. Responsibilities include carrying out repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, masonry/plaster, and office fixtures/equipment installation; performing maintenance/craft skills including building and site repairs, fencing, painting, floor and wall tiling, and cleaning; dealing with general items of repair and maintenance both interior and exterior of the building (e.g., putting up shelves, changing light bulbs, moving furniture, cleaning lamp shades, cleaning windows); and carrying out routine checks, repairs and maintenance of site equipment and the exterior of the building. Educational and requirements: Driver’s license of PR. Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in facilities and regulated environment. Capability to work alone.
