Role details
Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, light electrical, masonry plaster and office fixtures/equipment installation.
- Provide facilities services including repairs and maintenance work, plumbing work, ceiling and floor repairs, and small civil work in compliance with facilities cGMP regulations and safety requirements.
- Perform maintenance/craft work including general maintenance such as building and site repairs, fencing, painting, floor and wall tiling, cleaning footpaths, and rubbish and recycling bin maintenance.
- Handle general interior and exterior building repair and maintenance tasks such as putting up shelves, changing light bulbs, moving furniture, cleaning lamp shades, and cleaning windows.
- Carry out routine checks, repairs and maintenance of site equipment and exterior of the building.
Requirements
- Driver’s license of PR
- Preferred: Position Qualifications in a technical field (AD in Technical Field Preferred).
- Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in facilities and regulated environment
- Capability to work alone
