Caplight is a profitable fintech company reimagining the private markets. We build data, trading, research, and workflow tooling for VCs and other private company investors. We're closing a Series A on the back of strong success with our current platform which focuses on helping late-stage VCs track realtime pricing on pre-IPO companies like Anthropic, Stripe, SpaceX.
