Compensation
Base salary range is $21.64/hr; eligible for variable bonus and equity. Benefits include flexible hybrid work, at least three weeks PTO per year, free therapy coverage (with enrollment in medical plans), competitive Medical/Dental/Vision with HSA ($1,100 company contribution) and FSA options, employer-paid short-term/long-term disability and life & AD&D (including salary difference coverage for up to seven weeks of short-term disability), 8 weeks paid parental leave, 401(k) with 100% matching up to 4% vesting immediately, company paid holidays, supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, commuter benefits.
