Responsibilities
- Service and repairs watches in a consistent manner and according to principals guidelines.
- Carry out all types of repairs (CS, PS, SG) as per instructions and volume needs.
- Follow all relevant processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.
- Ensure highest possible quality of work, respect of lead times and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trainings as instructed.
- Share technical knowledge with colleagues.
- Keep workbench clean and tidy at all times.
- Wear a clean coat.
- Display team spirit and cooperate with peers to ensure a collegial environment.
Requirements
- 1-3 years job related experience.
- 2 years experience in repairing all types of watches.
- Experience with Quartz movement (2 or 3 hands) including movement exchange and complete service.
- Experience with Quartz movement Chronograph movement exchange.
- Experience with Mechanical movement/Automatic movement movement exchange.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Basic verbal and written communication in Arabic.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
