Technical Product Lead for Innovative Telecom Services (100% Remote). Work 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday on a freelancer contract. You will translate complex telecom product ideas into clear technical concepts, development tasks, and working software. Responsibilities include converting product and business ideas into technical specs/user stories/tickets, leading and coordinating a small remote developer team, breaking down telecom/ISP workflows into web application features, defining MVPs/priorities/milestones, reviewing developer output, challenging unclear requirements and weak architecture, ensuring scalability/maintainability/security/operational reality, helping design customer portals/admin backends/provisioning/billing flows/APIs/dashboards/tools, identifying technical risks/blockers early, and reporting progress/risks/decisions to the General Manager. Required: strong technical background across web applications, APIs, databases, backend systems, software delivery; profound Linux knowledge; networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, IPv4/IPv6, firewalls, VPNs); ability to structure complex systems and turn requirements into tasks; security/monitoring/logging/reliability/operational requirements; experience working in remote teams; strong written English. Nice to have: telecom/ISP/hosting/VoIP/SIP/cloud/B2B SaaS experience; Linux/GNU command line and scripting (Python/Bash/PHP); Proxmox/VMs; Apache/nginx; MariaDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL; server hardware/network gear; IPMI/KVM-over-IP; BGP/IPAM/CIDR; provisioning/billing workflows; self-service platforms; small/distributed startup/freelancer teams; hands-on development experience; German as a plus.
