CueBox is a seed stage startup based in NYC. We are building a modern software solution for performing arts and cultural organizations to streamline their operations and meaningfully increase their revenue. We already have a fast growing and happy customer base comprised of theaters, orchestras, operas, performing arts centers and dance troupes across the country, are on track to quadruple revenue this year, and we’re just getting started! We are looking for an experienced and motivated solutions engineer to help us own the onboarding process for new customers. This role will be critical to helping us scale as we rapidly onboard more customers. Primary responsibility is to work closely with the CEO and CTO to design and implement reusable and automated technical solutions to ingest and transform data so that it can be imported into our system, and help shape the overall client onboarding process.
