Description
We use ML to combat unconscious bias in hiring and help to hold recruitment to the goals their employers aspire to achieve rather than what their own personal preferences might be. Work/life balance: We need people who are willing to help us take our data pipeline from what worked yesterday to what works today. You won't work more than 40hrs a week, you'll be required to take vacations, and you're going to have to be ok with remote workers in different US timezones. Stack: AWS, Clojure/Python/Typescript and legacy systems written in OCaml. We like FP and have embraced the parantheses.
