Rapid River Software is a small team whose focus is on building cost-effective web solutions and solving hard problems well. We offer full-time employment in your home country, including health care benefits in most cases. We are looking for experienced DBAs who will assist us to manage hundreds of production and development databases in a fast-paced environment where almost every major database engine is in the mix: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, Cloudera, you name it. You should have substantial MySQL and PostgreSQL database administrator skills and be eager to learn and apply new technologies. You should be comfortable with Linux CLI tools and have basic system administration knowledge and you must be comfortable with basic scripting (Bash, Python, Perl or some other language). Good command of English is a must.
