Compensation
Payrate: $26.00-$28.00/hr. Non-exempt positions eligible for overtime at 1.5x base hourly rate for hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week (or as required by state/local law). Full-time employees eligible for benefits packages (medical, dental, vision, health savings accounts, paid days off, bereavement leave, 401(k) with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care FSA, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations/reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance/recognition bonus).
