Compensation
Budgeted salary £67,000 - £82,000 per year; total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus (up to 200% of target), and equity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, unlimited paid time off, and flexible time off plus year-round half-day Fridays and a hybrid 3 day in office / 2 day at home environment.
