Compensation
Total cash budget up to US$312,000 per year depending on cost of living; contractors internationally or employees if based in US, EU, UK, or Australia (gross compensation adjusted for payroll taxes). Equity: significant equity stake through $HOST token (RSUs) grant valued at US$436,800 vesting over four years (~US$109,200 per year).
