Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain commercial and residential beverage equipment.
- Diagnose and repair equipment faults and perform preventative maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve equipment issues.
- Train customers on the proper use and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Install plumbing and electrical connections in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain service records, parts inventory, and job updates.
- Respond to scheduled after-hours and weekend service calls.
- Assist with warehouse organization and inventory counts.
Requirements
- Technical certification or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years' experience servicing and repairing equipment.
- Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work after hours and weekends on a scheduled basis.
