We're backed by top-tier UK & US VCs to build a category defining company that helps managers to retain and develop their team and individuals to build careers they love. We're hiring for mid and senior software engineers (frontend, backend, fullstack). Our tech stack is React on the frontend and Rails on the backend, hosted on Heroku. We're fully remote (UK only) with a small London studio where we do all expenses paid company meetups every 4 - 6 weeks. We offer decent salaries, generous equity, 25 days holiday (+ public holidays) and £1000 training budget.
