Description
We’re looking for a full-time technical writer to get familiar with our software product and help explain it to others. Your job would be to expand and enhance our educational materials, including but not limited to our EdgeSet user manual, blog posts, slide decks for our in-person and online training programs, employee and partner handbooks and documentation, case studies and project summaries, and scripts for videos. Our manual is maintained in Quarto (markdown). All other documents are in Google Docs. Since you’d need to regularly interact with our engineers, analysts, and clients, we need you to be in a time zone in Asia (we are centered around SGT).
