Description
Hi everyone, I lead the St. Jude Cloud team. Our goal is to take the vast amounts of research data and analysis tools generated at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and share it freely with researchers around the world to advance cures for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. It's a really interesting project to be a part of because of the intersection between cutting edge cancer genomics and high-quality software engineering. Currently, we are (to our knowledge), the largest repository of pediatric cancer genomics data in the world.
