Description
Cresta is on a mission to turn every customer conversation into a competitive advantage by unlocking the true potential of the contact center, combining AI and human intelligence. The Platform Product Manager owns and evolves Cresta's Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities, starting with permissions, access control, and enterprise administration. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining IAM roadmaps/backlogs, partnering with security and engineering to deliver improvements with reliability and enterprise readiness, working with solution architects and implementation teams to ensure practical deployment/operations at scale, supporting integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., HRIS, CCaaS), operating across multiple workstreams, ensuring customer-facing teams can understand and use capabilities, and contributing to evolution of shared platform capabilities beyond IAM. Requirements include 3+ years of product management or related technical experience; cross-functional experience with engineering and customer-facing teams; experience with enterprise administration or access-related systems (user management, permissions, authentication, provisioning, HRIS-integrated workflows) and interest in adjacent platform areas; good product judgment and comfort with technical discussions. Bonus points include familiarity with enterprise security/audit concepts, IAM concepts (OAuth, SAML, SCIM, OIDC, RBAC, SSO), enterprise system integrations, and delegated administration/team hierarchy models.
