We build UCS, an omni-channel contact-center platform used by Dutch housing corporations and municipalities. Profitable, ~40 people, 15+ years in market. Our platform runs reliably but the way we operate it is behind 2026 standards. You'd own that gap: moving from PowerShell-script deploys toward infrastructure-as-code, real observability and clean deployment automation. First hire in a new platform team, growing to 3-4 people. Reality check: it's a .NET-on-Windows/Azure shop (IIS, Windows services, SQL Server), so pure Linux/K8s/Go isn't the fit. We deliberately don't run Kubernetes (tens of tenants, office-hours workloads); Ansible + Compose-per-VM is the likely direction. We prefer simple and boring. Light, fair on-call.
