Tommy’s Brentwood is our first stand-alone taproom in Central. We’re looking for passionate people to join our team as we build out Brentwood, with vacancies for: Floor Supervisor (Front of House), Kitchen Supervisor (Back of House), and Sous Chef. The taproom uses Duotank technology to serve beer brewery-fresh—unfiltered, unpasteurized, and straight from tank to tap.
