We are a tech advertising company specialized in mobile advertising, now part of the Affle group, public under the India exchange as NSE:AFFLE. We are looking for a team leader/senior backend developer for our mediasmart bidder product. This is not the typical code glueing position. Our product is a distributed software that evaluates millions of impressions per second, computing the price our clients would pay employing machine learning and advanced maths. Performance, algorithms and data structures are real concerns and in fact we develop our own algorithms, middleware and custom databases. The candidate will code and provide expertise and guidance to the rest of the team. The position is 100% remote. Our stack is NODE.JS and GOLANG. We require 5-10 years of experience as a coder, preferable on startups or adtech companies. This is not a project manager position.
