$190K–$210K + equity; full-time. Salary range shown in USD.
Neo.Tax automates R&D tax credits and software cost capitalization for enterprises. We ingest data from project management, payroll, identity, and financial systems and use ML/LLMs to turn a process that used to take months into one that takes hours. Small team, real revenue, lots of hard problems in data extraction and pipelines at scale. Currently serving customers like Mercury, Brex, Notion, Adobe, and Capital One.
