You'll own the backend for a live mobile F2P game and the AI agentic platform that powers how we operate it. Work includes feature releases, live ops, monetization, analytics pipeline, reliability, and production support for a live PvP mobile game. Build and maintain a TypeScript/Node.js backend (Fastify) with MongoDB, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes (k3s on GCP with Helmfile + GitLab CI). Build an AI tooling layer in Go with an MCP server bridging LLMs with databases and third-party APIs. Integrate with Slack, Discord, GitLab, Meta Ads, Google Ads, AppLovin, and Apple App Store. Include real-time features (Socket.io), analytics ingestion, and cron jobs. LLM routing includes Anthropic, OpenAI, and DashScope. Role overview: As a Software Engineer, you will work in a team of 30 employees focuses on innovating reliable payment terminals and the underlying systems. This is based on customer requirements, developments in the European payment market, and changes in security standards (PCI, Nist, Dora). You will work on applications that ensure secure loaded of software and keys (initial and remotely) onto Linux and Android payment terminals. The applications are written in C# and interact with, among others, RabbitMQ, Microsoft databases, ERP systems, and Utimaco hardware security modules (HSM's). What we’re looking for: 1-5 years of software engineering experience (.Net, C#) and familiar with cryptography (RSA, AES, Eliptic Curve). The work is highly technical and challenging.
