Compensation
Expected base pay range is $80,000-$140,000 per year. Discretionary bonus for non-sales roles is 10% of annual base salary. Comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision with HSA contributions, 6% 401(k) match, generous PTO and holidays, caregiver leave, and a $65/month remote work stipend.
