Compensation
Fully remote role (40 hours/week) as a salaried employee. Total compensation aims to match the 75th percentile based on role, seniority, and local market rates; includes benefits such as 5 weeks (25 days) paid time off, paid sick leave (per country/law), paid and unpaid parental leave (first year), budget for work hardware, annual smart home budget, annual education budget, yearly performance bonus, 50% contribution to internet connection fee, and one day every two weeks for personal projects.
