Compensation
Salary £33,000-£37,000 per year based on full-time (40 hours/week); flexible working pattern; roles include minimum 20 hours up to 40 hours Monday-Friday; non-negotiable salary; benefits include training, CPD funding, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, holiday buy-back/sell-back, employee assistance programme, health cash plan, and pension.
